Mr. Zachariasevych resides in Cumberland County and most often represents clients in Cumberland and Salem County. Mr. Zachariasevych has tried cases in the Superior Courts of Atlantic County, Cape May County and Camden County and Gloucester County. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Cumberland and Salem County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Cumberland County Matrimonial Bar Committee.

The cost of a consultation, which typically lasts from and hour to an hour and one half, is a flat $200.00. Mr. Zachariasevych is available to consult on issues involving parties' rights prior to, during and after a marriage, or intimate relationship, as well as after a Final Order has been entered; the review, preparation or modification of Separation Agreements; enforcement or modification of existing Orders and Judgment as well as emergency matters involving children. Chiarello, Bohdan Zachariasevych also defends clients in Municipal Court and Traffic Offenses, prepares Wills, and prepares and reviews deeds for Real Estate and reviews sales and Business Contracts.

For Municipal Court and Traffic Offenses, the initial consultation fee is $100.00 which will be credited toward the retainer fee (a flat fee) should the client choose to have Mr. Zachariasevych represent them. For other matters, a typical consultation fee is also $100.00, with a separate retainer for representation quoted at the consultation.
